In partnership with our subcontractor, Waalitj Foundation, Training Alliance Group provides services across 59 locations in 5 regions throughout WA, making our support accessible to communities statewide.

The Parent Pathways program offers financial assistance towards of a range of approved expenses via the individual fund which is designed to make reaching the goals that you set for yourself throughout your time in the program more achievable. We are able to provide assistance across a variety of areas such as accredited training, communication and technology, driver’s licence costs, non-vocational training, transport and work-related training and licensing.

When you commence into the program you also become eligible for an engagement support voucher. This is a $100 voucher that you can put towards groceries at either Woolworths or Coles. If you continue to attend face to face appointments, you may also be eligible for $50 vouchers subsequently depending on the frequency of your appointments up to the capped amount of $250 per year.

How it works?

Once you have commenced into the program you will be connected with a local Mentor. We can be flexible and arrange to meet with you in your area, at a suitable time and your children are always welcome. Your Mentor will help you identify your personal and family goals, create a Goal Plan and help you with local activity and support options. At this meeting you will be offered an engagement support voucher towards groceries or petrol.

Throughout the program you will receive guidance towards progressing your goals and may access an individual fund to help cover costs related to your Goal Plan. You will have regular check in appointments with your Mentor where you can discuss your activities, successes, challenges and report on any changes.

The program is personalised and designed around YOU and we provide tailored guidance and resources to help you on your journey. We are looking forward to assisting you on a pathway to a brighter future for you and your family.
