Our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) for June 2024 – June 2025 highlights our commitment to reconciliation.

We aim to deepen our employees' understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, with clear targets to guide our collaboration with First Nations communities. Training Alliance Group is dedicated to positive outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, partnering with several First Nations Corporations in regional Western Australia to deliver tailored initiatives. We believe in empowering everyone to reach their full potential, and by working together, we are committed to fostering lasting positive change.
