Bala Suppiah is an experienced leader in employment, education, and training services. As the founder of Training Alliance Group, Bala has helped deliver Commonwealth and State Government contracts in employment services and vocational training throughout the country. Bala provides valuable insights and resources to navigate the complexities of workforce development and employment across multiple industries. He has been a Director of Master Builders WA since 2022. Bala holds a Master of Science, Bachelor of Commerce and a member of AICD.
Alex has extensive experience in managing government-funded training and employment programs, including JSA and DES.
Alex has worked for organisations such Employment Plus, PVS Workfind and Community First. Alex started as an Employment Consultant in the Job Network contract with Employment Plus and went on to manage JSA and DES contracts with PVS Workfind and Community First. He has extensive experience managing Registered Training Organisations delivering both funded and non-funded training throughout WA.
Luke has 20 years of experience in employment services, with a deep understanding of the challenges jobseekers face and the needs of employers. He has delivered key programs like Job Network, Disability Employment Services, Indigenous Youth Employment, Job Services Australia, and JobActive, specialising in Disability Employment Services. Recently, Luke successfully implemented the Transition to Work, Employability Skills Training, and ParentsNext programs. He is known for his strong work ethic, focusing on developing compliant, performance-driven processes.
JJ has over 8 years of experience in the Vocational Education & Training sector, holding a BSc (Hons) in Applied Biomedical Sciences, a Graduate Diploma in Business, and Dual Diplomas in VET and Training Design & Development. Starting as a Trainer & Assessor, JJ advanced to Training & Operations Manager where he played a pivotal role in establishing WA’s leading aviation college. JJ now oversees Trainers, Operations, and Compliance as COO – Training, ensuring adherence to State and Commonwealth funding regulations and managing fee-for-service students.
Registered Psychologist (MPsych-Industrial and Organisational)
Ahelon has over 15 years of experience driving organisational transformation and enhancing staff performance across diverse industries. As a registered psychologist with advanced qualifications in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, he brings a unique blend of organisational theory and practical experience to the TAG management team. His expertise includes coaching, organisational development, delivering corporate and leadership training programs, psychometric assessments, policy reviews, and workplace mediations.
As Finance Manager, Lucy oversees financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, managing financial reports, forecasting trends, and ensuring accurate records. She works closely with departments to align financial strategies with business goals, optimising performance. With a strong background in finance and accounting, Lucy strives to provide insightful analysis and support to enhance organisational efficiency and profitability.
Natalia brings over 15 years of experience in quality assurance and more than 5 years in the RTO sector. She specialises in implementing and maintaining industry standards, including ISO frameworks. Natalia oversees quality management systems, Right Fit for Risk, and occupational health and safety, ensuring that organisations not only meet but exceed industry standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Starting in disability employment services in 2020, Amanda progressed from Quality and Development to Operations Manager at TAG. She has led programs like Transition to Work and Workforce Australia in Goldfields, while also supporting the Pathways to Employment contract funded by the Department of Education. Amanda is passionate about the transformative impact our team has on participants.
Inga has over 20 years of experience in vocational education and training, holding roles like VET Trainer/Assessor, Mentor, and RTO Coordinator. She holds a Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector, as well as double Diplomas in Business and Business Leadership and Management. Currently, as a Compliance Manager, she oversees adherence to regulatory requirements, ensuring the organisation meets ASQA compliance standards.
Since joining TAG in June 2018, Thilak has managed various roles, including RTO Manager, EST Manager, and Business Development Manager. As an EST Manager, Thilak ensures smooth program delivery across WA and NSW, helping participants enhance their employability through skills training, resume building, and connecting with potential employers.
With 18 years in Employment Services, Janine supports participants with complex barriers to training and employment. Janine provides phone-based support, manage centralised administrative tasks, and assist all areas of the business.
Ellen has 12 years of experience in employment services and has been with TAG for 6 years. Starting as a ParentsNext Engagement Officer at the Morley office, she now manages the PNX program, ensuring program success and helping participants achieve their employment and education goals.
Stuart has over 20 years of experience in civil construction and training, dedicated to empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential through our training programs. He specialises in designing and delivering programs that drive growth and success, ensuring quality outcomes for students. By blending hands-on program management with effective skill development, Stuart helps people achieve their goals and excel in their careers.
Sharyn has 20 years of experience in employment services, specialising in employment outcomes and employer servicing. She assists employers in finding the right staff, provides resources for long-term employment, and administers government financial assistance. Sharyn also supports participants in maximising their new employment opportunities.
