Training Alliance Group’s involvement in the Workforce Australia Services (WFA) extends beyond financial aid and internal support to encompass meeting mutual obligations set by Services Australia and offering ongoing support for up to 6 months post-employment, including assistance with marketing individuals to potential employers. Operating exclusively in Kalgoorlie and Boulder under this contract, Training Alliance Group’s commitment to service is evident through its provision of comprehensive assistance tailored to the unique needs of participants. Training Alliance Group helps improve resumes, work skills, and interpersonal skills. They also link participants to community services such as rehabilitation, mental health support, food banks, and programs like SEE for literacy assistance.
What ongoing support does Training Alliance Group provide to WFA participants once they’re employed?
Training Alliance Group offers continuous support for up to 6 months after employment, helping individuals transition smoothly into their new roles and assisting with marketing them to potential employers.
How are points earned under the mutual obligations of Workforce Australia?
Points are earned through activities such as job searches, attending interviews, and skill development programs like Employability Skills Training (EST), tailored to each individual’s circumstances.
Participants will be able to choose their Provider[1] when they are Referred to Services. Where a Participant Referred to Services selects a Provider, they will be Referred to that Provider as long as:
Where the Participant does not select a Provider for themselves, they will be allocated one based on a range of criteria including Provider Site location, Business Share and Provider Specialisation.
Participants who are randomly allocated to a Provider will still have the opportunity to transfer to a different Provider if they choose to do so.

We assist you in finding the right employment and provide ongoing support through our Post Placement Support Team, ensuring your long-term success. Our support includes career guidance, mentoring, vocational training, work experience, job placements, and tailored skills development to match your career aspirations.
Eligible individuals can access a variety of complementary programs, including Employability Skills Training (EST), Self-Employment Assistance, and Transition to Work (TtW). Through our partnerships with two Registered Training Organisations, we offer nationally accredited training in industries like Business, Mining, Construction, and Logistics. At Training Alliance Group, we ensure that individuals receive the training and support needed to succeed in their chosen field.
Through Workforce Australia, we offer businesses a cost-free, streamlined recruitment service that includes candidate matching, pre-screening, and shortlisting. We provide access to a pool of trained candidates and co-designed training programs tailored to your business needs. Additionally, we offer post-placement support, financial incentives for eligible hires, and programs like internships and work experience to ensure your business benefits from a skilled and motivated workforce.
Workforce Australia participants must earn a certain number of points each reporting period, tailored to their individual circumstances. Points are accumulated through job searches, interviews, and skill development activities, such as participating in Employability Skills Training (EST). This system is designed to help you stay on track and meet your employment goals while receiving the necessary support.
